We try to resolve your issues as quickly as possible and give you the best service we can.  However, every case is different and the legal system often moves very slowly.  When meeting with us, we can give you some idea of how quickly things can be resolved.

Different types of cases take varying amounts of time and work.  No two cases are alike.  At your appointment, we will discuss with you what our fees are and payment arrangements.  We do take credit and debit cards.

Yes, by request.  Our normal hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Call if you need to meet with us outside of those times.

All lawyers are required to keep communications between them and their clients totally confidential.  This includes what is discussed in appointments even if the lawyer is not hired.  So, we do not speak to anyone, including family and friends, about your case.

In rare occasions, a potential client's issue may involve other current or former clients of our firm.  If that happens, we need to determine if the potential client's interests are adverse to the current or former clients.  If so, that creates a "confilct of interest" and we cannot undertake representation of that potential client.
